Hi good morning my name is ocean. I am born and raised in canada, a single mother, with 3 children ages 1, 7 and 9. My 9 year old has a severe life threatening disability. She has 18 specialists at sick kids hospital toronto and requires my 24 hour care. She needs heart and other surgeries. I cannot be on ontario works because am trying to sponsor my husband and father of my 3rd child to come to canada from jamaica. So he can work and help me with the kids. I am on my own with 3 kids, one severely disabled, and i cant work or collect ontario works. I have no family in canada and no help. I feel judged and discriminated against. Because every one else can get help but i really need it and i cant. I homeschool all my kids and am just grateful for the time i can spend with them and the lessons i can teach them. I am a very positive person but what is happening to me and my family right now is so wrong. I am a canadian citizen.
